Technical Difficulties offers Flat Rate pricing for many types of Data Recovery projects. Those projects that do not have a Flat Rate price listed will be quoted upon evaluation via email. You can view Data Recovery pricing HERE.

We have a “no recovery, no charge” policy and evaluation is free... you only pay for a successful recovery.

Return shipping and all required parts for successful recovery cases are already included in our prices.

All failed or declined cases will be subject to a fee of $35.00 per device for return shipping & handling should you choose to have the media returned to you.

Once you have downloaded the form, please fill out, print and sign at the bottom. Make sure to include this form with your media or we will not know who it belongs to. Once we receive your media, you will receive an email confirmation. 

Avoid DAMAGE to your media during shipping!
Your media could become UNRECOVERABLE during transit if there isn’t enough padding.
Use at least 2 inches of protective padding (bubble wrap or foam) around the whole media, or use manufacturer approved packaging. Do not use “air bag” fillers as they will not protect your media.
